You may use Amigo only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for the information you provide, the permissions you grant, and the people you invite to participate in the service.

You must not use Amigo to harass, deceive, exploit, record people without appropriate permission, or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates another person's rights.

Amigo is not a medical provider, emergency response system, crisis hotline, or replacement for professional caregiving. If someone may be in danger or needs urgent care, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

AI-generated content, including summaries, memoir drafts, and wellness observations, may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review important information before relying on it.

You keep ownership of personal stories, memories, photos, recordings, and other content you provide. You give Verbasync Inc permission to process that content to operate, maintain, improve, and support Amigo.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to share content and invite participants, including any consent required for calls, recordings, summaries, or family updates.

Paid plans, trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are described at the point of purchase or in related plan materials. Taxes and third-party fees may apply.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Amigo. We may also update these Terms, and continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amigo is provided as is and as available, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

Verbasync Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, except where the law does not allow such limits.
