Accessibility
Verbasync Inc wants Amigo to be usable by seniors, families, caregivers, and partners with a wide range of abilities and technology preferences.

Our commitment
We aim to design Amigo with clear language, readable layouts, keyboard-friendly navigation, meaningful labels, sufficient contrast, and compatibility with assistive technologies.
Because Amigo includes phone-based experiences, we also consider accessibility beyond the website, including simple onboarding and service flows that do not require a new app or device.
Standards we consider
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as an important reference for improving website accessibility and usability.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review design, content, and engineering decisions as the service evolves.
Known limitations
Some third-party tools, embedded services, browser settings, or older devices may affect the accessibility of parts of the experience.
We will continue improving the service and prioritizing fixes that affect core workflows such as learning about Amigo, contacting us, signing up, and managing participation.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us what happened, which page or feature was involved, the device and browser you used, and the assistive technology involved if relevant.
We review accessibility feedback and use it to improve Amigo for everyone.
